i am a quiter i will fuc.king migrate :D
Please go as soon as possible.... thank you.
K bye
TS.
If you do migrate it doesnt mean that you're a quitter.
Just take GCT's daughter as an example. She go overseas, and now, dont want to return to live in sg. If Senior Minister children can, it doesnt mean you cant. And it doesnt mean that you should be stigmatised. (please do correct me)
yes, got money and got stable job, be a quitter!

First of all don't you people ever feel intimidated by that word 'Quiter' .If you are willing seek greener pastures for a brighter future and yet lose some of the things back home go ahead and you most likely will not regret it.The deep feeling that your garmen (*not country but government) have quited on you doesnt make you a 'Quiter'.Good luck with your new home new life and feel free to visit Singapore anytime of the year as many times as you wish.
it sucks to be thousands of miles away from home and i dont think there will be another place as efficient as singapore even if there is, u'll be looked down on either by ur skin colour or theres a language barrier.and the food here is awesome, u think u can live off burgers but ure wrong, even caucasians are eating rice. these are just many examples.

well. define home?
Ill define home as somewhere i have a voice, somewhere i feel part of, represented and belong. If one doesnt share such feelings towards his/her country, it doesnt make a difference if he/she were to be on the other side of the world, instead of residing otherwise.
Besides, your arguments arent good. Food? Language barrier?
Of the thousand other MORE important reasons, you'd wish to priorities those for TS to consider. What about human rights? A balanced social-work life? Asking if TS has a family to support?
Regarding your statement on racial discrimination, Id have to disagree. There is racial discrimination globally. Its only the varying degree of it from country to country.
Supposedly TS was chinese and he'd migrate to Aus. It wouldntmake much of a difference if he moves and stays in an asian-filled suburb. Again, i dont wish to touch on other points as you've mentioned, such as food and stuff. cause they are simply trivial.
The wise makes a home in oneself and the within - the question of whether it is Singapore/ Malaysia or ..... no longer has relevance. Then home is wherever one goes - one is free!
PS - it presupposes one has arrived or can recognize the 'home' within oneself.

Hmmm I think you need to update your sight... let me see.......just take a reference example of a few cities....estimated...
6000 Singaporean living in NY
3000 Singaporean in SFO
and possible 1000 ++ scattered around Los angeles.
k bye.
