  Yah! I agree. Men tend to marry for many other reasons beside Love.

  But I tink, they would be happier and give more of themselve in the marriage if they were to marry the one they love most like what flapdoodle has mentioned. Reason it is men's primate nature to care and provide for the one they love. Also most importantly, it is a ego issue. Men in general feel good to convince the one they love most to marry them. It makes them feel in control of the situation.
