If i have a family and i am not happy with the current company i work with, should i quit? I am facing with problems in this company, unhappy to work with someone; wife suspect i too close to female college; boss not take care of man;work preasure; unable to cope; bore of the work because i have similar work in another company for 10 over years and this job is also 3 years already; PAY not raise as compare to previous job.
I am pending to throw letter, but i haven't any idea where i am going. Is there opportunity to work for my own and not company? Taxi driver good?

If you can find a job with similar or better pay, employee rights and environment, go ahead.
If you cannot, then just bite your thumb for now till you can find one.
find first then quit, dont quit first then find
quit after you get another another offer. start looking for another job now.
TS got what qualification? Why thinking of working as taxi driver? zzz
Change if you dont like. No use doing something that u dont like

Hi lovegymie,
It will be a good time now for you to start scouting for a new job. The biggest problem here is the risk of your own marriage breaking down. For the other problems, you can bear with them for the sake of making a living, however, once your marriage breaks down, there is very little chance of salvaging it.
Do note that it is important for you to find another job first before quitting, instead of the other way round.
Cheers.
lovegymie
try to find a job first before you quit and if you are considering to become a taxi driver, you can go to cabby forum and get some advice from those taxi uncle.....Im sure they will have alot to share with you.
good luck
Never be a cabby....advice from a former taxi company staff...
What about selling insurance? Its not easy, never easy and no one will support this idea... every job is tough i believe but if you have come to a stage where you are tired and hard to move on, its time to change your life. I am also in a stage where i wish i could move into another career but the fear of losing monthly income is holding me back. I am willing to take on new challenges but i do not know which direction to go. All i can do now is to focus on god and allow him to plan for me.
I am very unsatisfied my work at sometime , because I thought that this work has surpassed my ability. But I insisted that has not put to abandon. I hope that you can consider clearly, if you want to resign, you must prepare to seek another new work, starts a new work is also not easy.
You have to do some soul searching.
Is it you and your attitude that is making the situation difficult ?
You have to examine yourself or else you will face the same problem anywhere you work.
As you have a family, I am assuming that you have some debts to pay every month.
You have to find a new job so that you can resign.
Dun ever resign before you find a job as there are lots of competitions for the job market.
