HP got free incoming call but nobody call

I have been using starhub free incoming call plan since year 2003. The $25 a month plan with free incoming call, 100 free outgoing minutes and 500 free sms.
Initally, when I was still in school, there will be alot of classmates calling me to talk about project etc.
But since I graduate and start working I no longer contact my ex classmates. Now I hardly receive any calls.
Only when I am looking for a job than I will receive alot of calls from job agencies, companies etc.
If not usually every month my incoming call will use less than 10 minutes.
So sad. Who here also got no friends and your hp is always very quite de?

Or some of them when I call them they will say they are busy and will call me back later but never call me back de

You should be blessed that your phone doesn't rings all the time.It's the final peace that you will be seeking when your phone rings all the time.
