i can't control my temper..

everitime my gf makes mi unhappy or angry..i cant bring myself to tell her wat i dun like abt wat she did..y am i like tat? i keep reminding myself to tell her wats wrong so she can change..but my temper keeps overcoming mi..then when my temper bad..i ignore her..

u have already post this question seeking help liaoz... meaning u know what is wrong with u liaoz... sure can overcome this problem of yours ...
some ppl make serious mistake and dun even know thats wrong... these are hopeless ppl...

Hmmmm , take a deep breath whenever this happens let urself cool down a while den tok to her abt the mistakes .... i believe that ur family members have a part to play also rite cause they also a bit bad tempered .... no offence but this is my observation for most pple with bad temper , at least u know ur problems ... try to curb it gd luck
