LOL...sound like you are vocal out what you think you are right.Likewise think about that all of us has difference perspective of life and thoughts.What you think it is right for you but it may not be as others think.If you think your right,then work out a way to run your own bussiness and stop being a slave to your current work.There is no perfect working place till the day you step into that company.Accept the facts and move on.
