Late in Payment for Maintenance

As I am going through divorce with my 'husband', I had gone to Maintenance Court for monthly maintenance. We agreed that I will get the maintenance on every 16th of the month (his salary comes in on 10th of every month). As he is a SAF regular, there is no problem for his salary to be on time. But since last month, he is late in his maintenance payment. He claimed that he could not go through the internet banking as he did not have sufficient information. I had since provided him with all information through the lawyer. After which, he credited the amount to my bank account through ATM.
He is late again this month. It is very troublesome if I have to bring him to court everytime. Is there other way I can get the maintenance from him? Is there anyway to put him on bad record?
Please help.

I am working and do not need to work at Geylang to earn more money. I just need advise to see how can I get maintenance on time for my children to live comfortably.

Not easy to make manual payments every months. Usually ok for the first months, then start slacking.
Best is for him to give instructions to the bank to make auto transfers to your account monthly.
Another way is to be firm (merciless), pressure court to strictly impose penalty for late payments. No buts.

There is GIRO arrangement that can make auto-transfers every mth which he can set up by approaching his bank, I believe. But I wonder why he does not just fight for custody of his kids if he is 'maintaining' them. I know for a fact that women's "alimony" after marriage is determined by how much time is given to the mom.
If the father has equal custody or full custody, he hardly has to give a cent. If the father is already paying maintenance for his children, he may as well apply for full custody.
Unless he committed adultery and the ex wife can prove it, there is a high chance for the father to be given custody if he is already financially supporting the kids.
