Op Manager shouted at us

  Today was a very busy day at the Spa.

  Whilst I was attending to a customer, our Operation Manager suddenly barged into the massage room and started banging the table. Then ranted,"If you all are unhappy, you can find other job. There's plenty of jobs outside!"

  Chee bye! How can he shouted at us like that?

  I've seen staffs being reprimand infront of customers before, and a long one at that, with everyone looking in curiosity still. So, you got to learn to take it easy or find a new job.
