Getting older is scary

  I notice I am getting older and my capabilities are decreasing.....I dont think as fast as I used to...my physical strength is also decreasing...

  It's a little scary to think about that......that I am no longer young...and never can be young again...

  Do you have the same experience like me.

  Yup i do i really do. To me there is nothing more important than enjoying my youth right now... While i still can.. Youth is something that i cant ever come back i shant waste it!

  Its normal for adults to feel that they are getting older and older with each passing birthday.

  But you have to think further,

  Is it better to grow old and die young (around 60 years old)?

  or

  Do you want prolong your youth/life as much as possible and live over the age of 100?

  The average lifespan of a Singaporean is around 80 years old.

  60 is not really young. My aim is to not live past 40.
