39 years old single need advice

I am 39 years old guy from HK.
My monthly income 4K plus and 5 room HDB pay up already.
6 feet tall and well build, handsome or not is in the eye of the beholder.
My question is I find it very difficult for me to get a local girl friend.
I wonder is it because of my income of other factors? Like my age?
Maybe can give me some advice on how to approach a local girl.

At least the local guys dun chase the skirt of red hair gals.
As for local gals, you can see for yourself cos it is a fact.
Red hairy guys are here to play and all of you are just easy "play".

That's your personal opinion/observation.
I have a few friends who are happily married to these "red hairy guys". They are very doting husbands and involved fathers.
Not saying that Asian men are less loving. But red hairy guys, unlike Asian men, don't expect their women to be "submissive".
Submissive simply means the wife submit to the husband's wishes irregardless of her own likings. If she don't like, the Asian husband don't care, because that is "expected" of her.

Threadstarter, very little to do with your income or whatever physical stuff.
Money? Not so, I have friends who earn less than you and get girls like nothing.
Age? No. I know a 43 yr old ladiesman.
Looks? Not so. I know fat and ugly guys getting girls because they have a magnetic personality.
Bottomline: you do not believe in yourself enough. You lack confidence. From what I see, you have many positive things that will attract girls like nothing. All you need is a STRONG belief in yourself. Do not focus on people who are negative. Im sure you can do it.

they can't cook ! they don't do housework ! they're vain ! they complain about everything ! they demand a lot from you !
and when local girl get sick of you, either she'll bankrupt you with divorce or give you the ''big green hat''.............
get a girl from Vietnam or northern Thailand better lah...............they more docile, can do housework, can cook and also much much prettier and with much better figure..................also, you can get away with having affairs outside !

It presupposes u have something to share that emanates from your being .... ?. What are u being now? Therein lies the key to unlocking the mystery of love or life.
There are no factors - man, it is not a transaction ! U can flaunt yur wealth, your acheivements and what-not, but if u think these alone can have u relate to someone - sorry, its going to be a futile chase. At the most it is a trade-off and reduced yourself to being a thing and vice versa!
PS - U mention that u are from Hong Kong. Man, u are here in Singapre - and i can only assume u carry what u have accumulated in HK lar. Be aware of the pitfalls cos comparison is a disease and u would never arrive.
