  I notice this girl in my lecture who always playing with her hair when she's sitting directly in front of me .

  Does this indicate anything? I know it can be just coindental but she keep doing it, probably as vain as a guy?

  It is probably just the same as some people who always bite their nails, fiddle with their pen or bite it ....etc. 

  Unless she keeps turning around to look at you or something along that line, there is nothing really special about it.

  Its just dandruff filled hair. Why would you want to touch it. Shave it off when you see her doing it again.
