I'm a underweight 17 year old female, but I have got problems about my fat distribution of my body. I'm fine with my body except for the fact that this tough stubborn fats stored in my lower ab. It is really annoying ! I have tried several ways to get rid of it by exercising hardcorely but to no avail )':
Please tell me what to do as I'm at my wits' end and I really hope to get rid of that huge lump of fats..

Take more calcium food products.... Drink more milk. But must be low fat.
Surprisingly, BBC did a testing and found out that one who drinks more milk, passes motion out (with higher fat content), than those who do not take milk.

Likewise, French take cheese and wine daily... and eat a lot of fatty food, but they are the leanest group in Europe. (Apart from more daily walking and eating smaller portions.)

You need to exercise and diet. Don't waste your money by going to any slimming or weight management centre. And that London Weight Management Centre, which is run by the same company that also has New York Skin Solutions and Yun Nam Hair Care, neither of the salons is from London or New York.

Ok....this is what I think....because the lower abdomen is the "core fat" or the "first ring fat" it means that you have just started to accumulate fat deposit. (Lower abdomen is the first area to store fat deposit before other areas). But since you are underweight, it means maybe you have been rapidly eating high-fat or high-sugar food, such that you are not gaining weight in a steady and gradual manner but in sudden manner, and it results in fat deposits in lower abdomen.
My suggestion is to lower your fat and sugar intake and space your meal intake to 6 meals per day.
If possible, eat whole grain, unprocessed food, well balanced and with variety.
Dont try to cut quantity because you are actually underweight and you do need to add the weight.

Yeah! Funny right ? Underweight yet fat ): This is the most depressing thing that have ever happened to me. Its not about outlook though. Its the feel of my body that I'm uncomfortable with. Many people don't understand and they think I'm paranoid..
So I would consume more organic stuff then ? How about major meals like lunch and dinner? What are your suggestions for these ?
