Can anyone please help me?
I do not know if there is a medical conditions or anything wrong, but i have been lacking in self-discipline n easiler distracted at all things, it is seriously affecting my work life and personal life.
Many people will be disappointed if i dun do something..
I read self-help books n tried to develop a schdule including jogging at a certain time.
but my lack of discipline always get in the way.
I have a nasty habit of calling when ever i drive and if i dun i get very frustrated.. i duno why is that so.. there are so many things that i do does not make sense.
Anyone with any sound advice pls...
I have considered consulting a doctor... or specilist if there is any..

This is what you ought to consider - this so called self-discipline, is it emanating from within u or are u unconsciously carrying what has been told to u about discipline, eg from tv, newspapers, parents, spouse, etc etc. Beware the pitfalls and fallacy of conditioning. The latter is debilitating and energy sapping.
Analysis is divisive, if possible opt for synthesis and what resonates and frees u. Being self-honest is a good start.
Have you always been like this or did this lack of motivation/self discipline happen recently?
If it's the latter, then u better consult a doc.
But if it's the former....then u have plenty of self reflection to do.
Ask yourself...are all these "things" important to you? Do you seriously want to achieve them? No point forcing yourself to live up to other people's expectations if you're not even interested in the first place. Might as well look for a new direction in life....find something you're really interested in and passionate about.
Motivation/self discipline does not come in a pill.
Lazyness is not a sickness. Lacking discipline can be enhance through fasting and meditation. Have you ever fast something you crave? Maybe you like to eat lunch, so fast your lunch ever day, the hunger will remind your mind and discipline you.
Did you ever do NS? So you never march before? Marching can enhance your discipline.
Or try Kung Fu or Karate. The martial arts require a lot of discipline and mental strength, I guarantee you will get more disciplined.
No pill will help you and don't waste your money on Psychiatrist, they only listen to you and pop a pill into your mouth hoping that the pill will change you. Only you can change yourself, not the medicine.

how bout listening to loud dance music while drivin instead of makin calls when drivin?

So you want to do it.
It boils down to the self.
How comfortable are you with who you are.
If you are you, and confident, there will be no hang ups.
If you wish you were some thing else, they you would be doing thing to compensate for the lack of.
