Still got hope to grow taller?

I'm 19 y/o M but only 1.55m tall. I've been stuck at this height since sec 3 and cant seem to grow any taller.
I'm worried that my height would pose a problem when finding a girl in the future as most girls want their husband/bf to be tall. I've tried my best to improve my current image by proper dieting and working out to get lean but i still feel small when i'm in a crowd. Shopping for clothes can also be very frustrating
I would be very happy if i can get to 1.65m. Though my ideal height is 1.8m..

there are girls who dont mind height also lah... you can't control your height also wat... what's there to worry leh?

Perhaps you are right, but you still cant hide the fact that height is the major physical attractiveness in guys.
No one wants to be short.. right? even girls wear heels to be taller

but worrying also will not make you taller mah...
height is not the deciding factor lah... most of the time it's $$, which has the power to override all other factors

How tall are your parents?
Could be genetics ... and you can do nothing much...
Guys usually stop at Secondary 3. -

Simple. Go find a girlfriend with a height of 1.3 lor.

Once you at 1.65, you will want to get up to 1.75 :(

19 year old very hard to grow tall leh.

mind ur diet, supplement well n incorporate a yoga routine. strengthens ur spine n improves ur flexibility n posture. gd luck!

Hmmm u can try hormone treatments...go consult a doctor first...he'll be able to give u better advice.
No offence but 1.55...ish not really the avg height for most guys ba? 0.o
At your age...hormone treatments should still be able to help.

yeah.. think 19 abit late liao.. the growth period best around 12-14... go eat more beef... ( that why ang mo look huge ...beef's proteins ). -

lol eh eh den ur advice ish also need to be done in puberty wat! Later TS grow horizontally instead ah! =Xhmmm growth hormones still work to a certain age but just dunno how effective only. If this really bugs TS, den he can just try try lor.

haha.. btw, when me 12.. me only 1.3 max... my cousins (then) alway ate McDonald's Big Mac...me shoot up to 1.82m when i was 19..

at 1.8m, air is indeed fresher if you are in a crowded bus or MRT... (1st hand) fresh air...
