Depends on what type of love you are talking about.
1. Love and lust are two different things. A relationship based on lust will not survive because either one will start to "stray and cheat" eventually.
2. Conditional love will need some materialistic items (money, jewelry, house etc) and good communication to survive.
3. Unconditional love does not need any materialistic items at all and will certainly last for the entire lifetime.

If the relationship is based on 3, just go ahead, no need to worry.
If the relationship is based on 2, still can go ahead, just keep in mind that meeting the requirements are important.
If the relationship is based on 1, enjoy it while it lasts.===============================================================

no one would like to see the ugly aspects of love and life...and say money is more important than love...its against the ear for sweet words and their wanton belief that the world is so beautiful without thinking who throw their sanitary napkins for them
no thief would say they rob the bank or write on their face
no govt will say they want money but rather to say they did it for the best interest of the country..u know what i mean ...
love is a beautiful theory..as like communism ...it failed..and been questioned for centuries....all we know that money solves almost 90% of the problems, it buys time, convenience and ambience for romance....and it gives one spare cash to do good works so that others will love u more...and even greater love with money on gals who suffer from "cinderella effect" and poor gals who needed the dough to save their families...

since you got the poor one. and if you really love him, than stick to him lo. If u think he's poor and you don't want to stay poor forever, then no choice, you got to leave him and be realistic. Some people can live with $$$ and no love.
