how to cope with bad news?

sigh, went to doc regarding some health issue. after consultation, he recommend me go for colonoscopy. very worried that if really diagnosed with critical illness, i donno how to cope with the bad news.
would i have the courage to live on with a not normal lifestyle. really very depressed now.

den 2 hrs after that, he can even drive me back from work

my dad died of colon cancer. 6 of my siblings have already gone for colonoscopy and passed the test. dont worry. just go for it. you may be worrying over nothing. -

since it is nt confirmed yet, u can start being mentally be prepared
many ppl cant take bad news bcos they always think tt this wun happen to me..
if it's nuttin, thank god
if there's sumtin, there is treatment. (n insurance i hope)

aiya, you should take it as a good news, at least yr health problem is detected and care for earlier. no bad news at all. There are people who delay and hold on to the pain until collapse then go hospital, doctor said 4th stage already, no hope liao, prepare ching tok ching funneral or amen one -

Everybody will die in a matter of time.Will this makes you feel any better?
Death isn't the most fearful things, it's what going to happen to your loved ones after you're gone, that is the most fearful things.
You can always seek a second opinion even if there is something, and remember you are going for check up because you need to know that there is actually nothing.

you cannot over worry leh, coz over worry gives u stress, extreme stress makes u vulnerable to health problems, then from actually no problems become health problems simply because you over worry... and that's when you worry even more... turns into a vicious circle... so my advice is, think of the bright side of life... if you are born without legs, make the best use of your hands!!!

our house security guard also got this problem, the doc cut part of his infected intestine off, now his intestine is shorter, so, whatever he eats, he goes toilet often...

dont worry too much lah, 90% of the time the doctor will tell u nothing wrong
if really got critical illness then u ask the doctor for advice on what to do loh

yalor, sometime, among doctors, the specialist will ask the GP to recommend client to them, then the GP get 10 to 20% commission, so dun worry, it is part of commericialised deal, even if you are really sick, they will do a chemotherapy, just prepare to go botak like my uncle above.

Get a Gay Doc, they are more expert and specialise in backside polytechnic problem
