Have ya had such a history before? Sometimes a person's mood can affect his appetite... With a combination of some of the minor complications in life it could bring you into a temporaily state of 'lost of appetite'.... How long have this been? It might just go away with time....?
Sometimes minor things could add up together to cause such a state that you're experiencing without you even realising it. Though it's quite UNLIKELY that (3) bad weather is gonna be one of the issues....
How is your health state like now? Weak? Tired...? If your health is not that good for now, 'lost of appetite' could be quite a COMMON thing.... Especially with (4) irregular sleeping hours to further make it WORSE... The others could just easily come about as further contributing factors...
WHAT YOU CAN DO :Try to keep to regular sleeping hours and ADEQUATE SLEEP. One of the MOST IMPORTANT thing about human lifestyle and often most neglected is SLEEP. It is SO IMPORTANT in keeping up with your proper physiology which would indirectly affect your IMMUNITY, ENERGY level and MOOD so that you can BETTER COPE with other complications that might happen in life....
