I read in the papers that there's this operation that the hospitals are offering to lengthen the legs. That's by inserting some metal thing or what.
But why? Are you really that short? -

I know there is an artificial way to grow bones. But not sure if doctors use that to help patients grow taller. This method is used for patients who have legs with different lengths. The doctor will crash the bone in the shorter leg and let it heal and grow.
The natural way that I know (for kids lah) is to feed with breastmilk. I know of this family with three boys. The parents are rather short. But the three boys are now tall and handsome. A few years ago, one of their relatives shared their secret, ie breast feeding. All the three boys drink breast milk till age of 3 to 4.

Guys normally will stop growing at the age of 18, as for girls, that will be 16 if i am not wrong..

walking helps...so if u live near mrt or what juz everyday walk lor dont take bus or whateva....but if ur age is 20+ then i think cant liao lar...shorty ppl have their advantage oso mah :p
