When one stay long in the company, with yearly increnment, one salary tends to rises, right?There are another type of workers that faces the threat. Just like retrechment. Those type are unknown to the outside world. Those are the sufferers and those are indeed stress out. Those are the victimes of their own manager. Where their manager wanted to chop them off to cut cost even though it is very difficult to do so.
But those manager will not care a damn about your rice bowl. They no matter what, try ways to chop you off from the company.

You can't really blame the managers lah....they are hired to do this dirty job of retrenching workers mah....also cutting costs are always on the company agenda...hire for a project then fire when project completed....没有人会å�¯æ€œä½ .....its the seasonal nature of the economy that make them to do this practice....金èž�风暴 times worst....who would care if your house needs $ to repay?

Ya, nobody own you a living, and you certainly dun own any one a living, you go to work, agree on the pay, they paid you, you use it, if you dun like, you can resign, if they dun like you, they can terminate you and paid you, you blame not one, if your superior is no good, too bad, blame him/her for what, why not blame yourself sway.
Working is not just about hardworking and smart, it very much depend on how you network and more importantly, who is your boss.

Nobody is immune to retrenchment, you may be lucky the first time, but surely and certainly not the second or the third time....sooner or later it happens to everyone....
