  Sorry for the late reply and thanks for your concern to all the fellow forumites. Regarding the matter to the topic, a reply has already been posted under the thread as to explain why it's not being closed. I hope you can see and understand my position?
  
  I wasn't around for the past few days due to some work reallocation in my department. Once again I apologise for the inconvenience caused.
