Anxious and depressed over accidental fb friend request

  Hi,

  I accidentally sent a friend request, in facebook, to a woman that I hate the most. I already cancelled friend request and blocked her, but I am still frustrated and depressed over her recieving the friend request e-mail, which is sent when requests button is clicked. The woman and I are colleagues, and we got issues with each other.

  We basically just hate each other. I really don't want her to get this idea that on the surface I hate her, but actually inside want to be her friend. This will be my worst nightmare ever.

  I am currently very depressed, anxious and frustrated. Can someone please give me some advices or solutions ?

  be thankful.

   

  anyways if she is smart she has already blocked facebook from spamming her with emails.

  Yeah, relax, leave it and see what happens....maybe she sees your request, feels humbled and wants to become friends.

  Then the sun will come out, birds will start to sing and a beautiful rainbow will appear and everyone's happy.
