spent like 5 days waiting for materials to arrive,then when it arrived,i found that their material isnt as what was descibed and pictured.so now im stuck with matwerials that dont have what it takes.either that or the materials just dissolved and destroyed my production equipment.now im using my leftover china approved materials to test out if my production \equipment has been destroyed.
think i will throw materials away.
and how come is the materials so unstable.the results is not uniform throughout after doing all the usual procedures???
that totally screwed up rom quality down to the process side of things!!!!its crap i dun need from aussies suppliers!what did they just sell me??out of 3 tries....aussie materials gave me 2 thumbs down and the only 1 and only good result took forever to have any results.
latest on 1st oct:
managed to modifiy the materials a bit and having good quality product as seen from original production.colour looks 20% weird but i guess some things need to sacrifice a bit.

Are you for real? You are suppose to be engineer and you never get your QA to do a Qualification test on your supplier? If your supplier so lousy, qualification test would have failed them long time ago.
