Rivals in Love..how do we face such an unavoidable problem in most relationships. Would anyone like to express views on how we should face our rivals in love and how do we 'fend' them off. Love to hear from both sexes on their views.

rivals as in u 2 are already together then got 3rd party come ka jiao or isit u still chasing the ger leh? if its the first case, i think u dun haf to worry as long as u make sure that u treat ur gf/bf well, n u 2 communicate well n haf trust..nothing will go wrong..!

Just be YOURSELF... Afterall, this is just a NATURAL SELECTION....? If you're more suitable you NATURALLY would be.... Remember this, whatever it is, take it with a GOOD HEART... AND... Don't be an ASSHOLE though this is a COMPETITION....

i dun think it is wise to fight it out with other guy..
it is eventually up to the girl to decide who she wants to be with..so u have to work hard to prove tt you are the one for her..dun show up with a broken nose and say u fought with the other guy and u won..so she belongs to u..i bet she will slap u and goes to be with the "loser"..
or better still..both oso dun want..

But the thing is guys are sometimes easily tempted by 'wild flowers'...you know...and no matter how well you treat them, or how steady your relationship is, there's still the possibility that the other gal is a good seducer and their 'small brothers' will rule! We may trust them, but we can never trust our 'opponents'..we never know what they'll do...
But I totally agree that communication is very important in maintaining a steady relationship...no doubt about that.

This is the time to test your partner as well as your relationship lor.
If your relationship is stable, I dun think your partner will be tempted by such lust.
Dun take relationship like a war game leh... must have strategies to knock down opponents.
