think they hate people mainly who are better than them.met folks like these in the army,they see u having a bigger place than them they get nasty and its worse if the ones nasty are power hungry or are in the job for years but not having same results as u.i guess it would be like a person studying for 1 day and getting an A in exams while another person studying 4 weeks and getting a B.
