  If you are so easily disturbed by this kind of little bird noise, I think it is your health or stress that make you not able to sleep well. Don't use bird as an excuse.
  Unless if the bird is so healthy in his throat, then I will suggest you hang eagle or vulture feather on your window, they won't dare to approach your house when they see this.
