The Straits Times reported about this cross dressing doctor Dr Ngeow who works in Changi hospital. Dressed in a girls school uniform, he exposed himself to a young girl...now why did he do that? He was a married man at that! Doesn't his wife know that he has this cross-dressing habit? Are cross dressers usually male dressing as female? Could it be due to the fact that superstitious parents dress their precious young boys as girls to misled the evil spirits trying to take awy the lives of male offsprings? And thus the practice become a habit with the child? Or a mother wanting a baby boy always dressed her little girl like a little boy?

Another victim who read or watch too much Naruto the pang sai that why got affected to become another chao ah gua.In fact I wonder how did the doctor get the girl 's uniform, From her daughter ? Or who in the right mind will sell girl uniform that match the right size to that man ?
