i would say... YES in some sense... for example during ur workout, u might carry heavy weights in an upwards manner (traing shoulder portions... rite?)... then, the weight might make u shorter...
i was 1.86m last time when playing basketball and after my NS i feel the need to go gym... now, my height is onli 1.82m... see wat i mean??? moreover, i already over my puberty period.. i started training weights @ 23yr old... so?....
Better not go gym during ur puberty times... if u are already dat tall like over 1.78m... then okay lar... else... tink twice..
