Do guys need to initiate?

  i find it absurb... guys need to be the 1st one to call girls, ask for number, talk to them, buy stuffs... etc...
  
  girls cannot 'zhi dong' abit 1 har? very tiring for guys to always do the job.... any ways to make girls be more automatic?

  Correction: It's people who are interested need to take on the initiative. This applies to girls as well as guys.

  i find it that when i'm the one that approaches the ger, usually my chances of success are low, coz in the end they always end up back with their ex.
  
  but when i'm the one being approached, it's a whole lot easier. and so i know why gers prefer to be the one being approached.
