Sometimes I feel that way too. But it was for a reason. I joined a triad since I was like 12. Got into fights and all. Managed to get my diploma and have not turned back since. yup. positive thinking is essential. when u r down, things and ppl around u get affected too, and this can become a vicious cycle.
so instead of keep thinking "oh im useless, theres nothing i can do rite. everything i wan to do i canot do well. i jus suck at everything, even the things wich i think i can do well", try to find where u r not good at and improve it! self pity wont get u veri far. self help will. o cos u can get frens and tok to them. im sure there r times worst than now and things worse than these. im not asking u to compare wif the ppl who r less fortunate .. anyway comparison dun work as well. think of self improvement and work towards it and always make it a point to stay happy and look at things in a positive light (after all the cursing and swearing and short periods of self pity wich r inevitable).
life is short. no point being moody and spoil it. the time tt has passed wont come back again. r u sure u wan to continue living ur life now being moody and all instead of trying to njoy?

but wat u mean by u got alot of problems? we will all feel like we r being selfish to haf to ask frens to help shoulder some of our burden, but trust me, if they r ur real frens they wont mind! yes u may feel paiseh but if u realli need help and it is realli better to tok to someone, den approach them!
i dunno wats the seriousness of the things that have happened or r happening... perhaps its realli quite bad. in face of such situations its natural to feel down... esp if as u said u haf little confidants.
but its more important that u haf to lift urself up... if there r things tt r going to happen, u shud b in better shape than this to deal wif them.
perhaps some things r happening tt r like.. beyond ur age and its like too heavy a responsibility.. in that case i seriously recommend u to seek help...
but solving the problems and dealing wif the situation aside, u haf to try to think positively! situations can indeed be dire. u may not be able to control them. the only thing u can do is do take things in stride. being down and low affects ur thinking and judgement, something u may reali need in these times.
realli... spend some time to do wat u like to do. perhaps things wont change by themselves and they will still be there. but at least u haf to tell urself u wont be defeated so easily rite?
i realli only can say things in such hand waving manner... cos i dunno wat things have happened. well... i had real bad things happen to me b4 and worse still its something tt i realli find difficult to share wif anyone, even my best fren. but i got over it... we all do. u will too...

I couldn't stop eating just now. I don't know why but just kept eating and eating and I didn't feel full at all. Now still hungry.
And I got so damn exasperated at myself when I forgot things AGAIN. Simply don't understand why I can't seem to remember things, even though I HAVE AN ORGANIZER.

Sometimes one thing simply connects to another (though it might be indirectly...).... Shouldn't just give up like that...? The more easily you get despaired and give up, the EASIER my explanation for you as to 'why things go wrong'....?

I also have no confident in myself since I've been doing a lot of mistakes in my life but please do look in a positive way.. Learn from the mistakes.. Build your confidence by setting goals.. Don't ever think you are useless. Learn to appreciate yourself. : )

Its all abt experience... I dun see things as "failure" when I did not get wat I expected... I see those results as "different" from wat I expected... NEVER a failure... Its like U wanna score 80 & above in a test... then U study a certain wae... U got less than 70... U knew instantly U NOT a failure... juz merely yr studying pattern did not produce da results U wan... U shld try another method......
