Guys need to have love n gf?

  i've got this friend of mine, frm dunnoe pri sch until now always got gf 1... break liaoz den go change another 1, cannot haf gf can die. recently he broke off... now keep tell ppl how sad this how sad tat.
  
  got another friend, oso broke off wif his gf, keep lamenting how much he love her miss her blah blah..
  
  me 18 yrs old, no gf, no intention to get 1, no motivation to get 1, n i always dun make the 1st move, always wait 4 gers to make the 1st move. (was frm boys' sch anyway)
  
  the qns is.. is there anything wrong wif me (i hope not) or izzit love is essential of every person's lives?
