Can we eat Tomato and Gallic without boiling or cooking them?
Will there be any problems if we consume it this way?
Just curious as I saw on the newspaper that we will be killing all the Vitamins C in the Tomato if we cook or boils them and if we cook the Gallic, it will be less effective in killing germs in our body. So the specialists recommended that if we could consume them without cooking or boiling them would be better.
And the specialists also advice those people with Gastric problem not to consume the Gallic without cooking them as it may worsen their condition. Even if it is cook, it is better to eat less Gallic.
