how do u know that u r labelled u as a 'normal friend'?

inspired by mr CALLAN's recent topic.....
how do u know that the person u like only think of u as a 'normal friend'?
in other words, he/she has made up their mind on u (that u can only be a normal friend) after u failed to live up to their expectations in the dating/courting process.
i'm not experiencing it now though experienced it b4 without even knowing it sometimes. and a few of my friends also meet such situations which is very hard to say. -

it happens all the time, you to people, people to you just that you don't realise it sometimes (: -

How you may ask; I always do it the CloUdiSm style - Until when she express her liking, she will always consider you as a normal friend. (This is a theory assumption for all cases.) Never assume. Assumption kills. At least when you know the answer from the lead actress/actor herself/himself, your answer is definite.

Hmm....i feel that most girls won't really express their liking to a guy so openly or obviously, instead, they might drop some hints like asking you out, showing concern for you everyday....thus its actually quite difficult to know whether a girl likes you. But of course, nothing is absolute in this world unless you're a GOD or someone with exceptional powers. So i think the best is to ask at the correct time when u can feel that you're close enough with her.
