i find it very difficult to deal with disappointment..

sigh, i have always find it very hard to deal with disappointment and i hate myself for not being able to just put it aside and carry on with my life..some disappointments can struck a big blow to my feelings esp. when the person involved is one of my loved ones..

Everyone has got their fair share of disappointment sometimes, somehow rather. Disappointment comes along when you set or have certain expectations. *Mayb I'm wrong to say that* But you get disappointed when someone in your life is not able to perform exactly or on par with wat you initially thought of. Probably you can go along the line of accepting ppl as what they are first? Actually, I find it harder to deal with depression... Totally helpless, wishing you can do something, but knowing nothing can be done.

don't be too hard on urself, disappoints are directly correlated to expectation, the more u expect, the more the disappointment if "delivery" fails. sometimes it's hard to not expect, esp in things like reln, and even work, when u put in so much effort and no one gives a damn, but at least it helps to know that we have to constantly try to tell ourselves not to expect too much, and if pple truly love us, we will be satisfied becos they are proud of us, no matter wat the rest of the world dishes out.
