in my experience it is very difficult to get over lost love if you are really in "love". drinking and looking for another girl are not the solutions. most of the time this thing destroy you mentally and emotionally for sometime. other people can tell you a lot more solutions (because they are not experiencing it) but it's very difficult to act upon. for me i was always there to help my friends about getting over lost love/relationship and i knew everything about how to deal with it. but when my time came to experience this "lost love thing" i'm unable to act on all the advices that i used to give to my friends. it's been more than six months and each day is worse than previous one and it's killing me and i'm unable to control myself and i'm hiding from family...
so is there anybody to help me!!!!!! i think no, those are lucky who get there love (specially the first one) and never experience lost love.
