Get some slimming pills from e doc, (cos at least e doc won't anyhow gif u something tat ur body can't take lor..)

please don't anyhow buy diet pills from e shelf, esp if u dunno e ingrediants, and if ur body can take it. (Andrea De Cruz is a gd example.)
Try to cut down on carbo and increase ur protein and fibre intake.
If u wan to lose weight really fast, skip milk (unless skim milk) and take soya bean milk as replacement. Drink plently of water, be it fruit juice or plain water...
Lastly and most impt is
EXERCISEBest kind would be walking, try taking long walks at a fast, constant speed in e morning, before u have ur breakfast.
cos walking will not hurt ur muscles like and will trim ur butt and thigh muscle...
