Got this girl been msg me for past few weeks asking me to go out...But funny leh the last time we met was christmas then now all of the sudden ask me when free. Thought must be sales appointment or wat but she say not working.. But then me not free on some occasions, then one of this days she msg me when is my birthday seeing this makes me feel warm, then tis msg followed "hey u still own me 1 birthday present hor" wah lau her birthday over 2 months liao
Think she want to 'tok cai tao'. Thats y I feel so disgusted that i put areoplane a few times.
How to meet her up and not 'tok' by her?
Yet let her not tink I stingy?

just meet her up. if she asks, just give her a simple dinner treat as a form of present. who says present must be something tangible? its the thought that counts.
after all, its normal for the guy to give treat on a date, so its not exactly a carrot-chopping scenario. best still, treat her at food court. if she is sincerely interested to be ur friend, it shouldnt matter to her.

What is the matter with you? You sound like a burk, why are you supposed to be disgusted, which is weird, perhaps you would feel better if she insulted you (jokingly apparently in hokkien) or put you down (like most cases in school), rather than be nice to you?
Well, perhaps you feel the way that you feel because you are not attracted to her, which is perfectly acceptable. But you should pass off a potential friend, for they are hard to come by in this cruel world.
