Something which i read n found rather meaningful...
2 sisters both wanted the same orange, neither wants to give it up to the other party, n neither can u get another 1 fr the market...so wat will u do to solve this prob?

the v 1st idea wld b to divide the orange evenly b/w them rite?
however...hv any1 tired to talk to both parties involved n find out y n wat they 1 it for?
as it turns out, the older sis juz wanted the orange skin so that she can use it to make a cake while the younger sis wanted the inner portion of the orange...
many of a times, pple behave juz like the 2 sis, both wanted something n if neither wants to take a step back, conflicts arise...
human minds tend to assume tt compromise wld b the best solution (by dividing it into half)
BUT if we really talk things over, take the time n effort to find out wat each party really wants (n not presume)...the prob can b solve with each party satisfying their wants...isitn't?

so pple, start communicating n stop presuming...
as usual, my 2 cents worth of advice...
