affected by delayed new hdb flats

  Damn irritated by the stupid government. They are the ones that are delaying the completion of new flats.
  
  Main con gets the project. Den, they distribute to the Sub con. Sub con does the contruction. According to my uncle, the standard way is to pay the sub con monthly until the contruction is completed. But government is not paying the sub con until all the work is done. Since sub con hav no money to monthly pay for the workers, they stopped work. Thus, flat completion is delayed.
  
  And according to sources, there have been saying, the government is eating the money up to invest the money in their shares or other businesses, that's y they say "Pay after the whole work completion".
  
  Who to blame? THE GOVERNMENT.

  so how much does an average couple have to fork out if they are to wait for the flats to finish next year. My opinion is, the government should at least pay a bit. Buying a flat in sg is already so difficult, they should contribute something to help us.Even a small token is helpful in situation like this.
