It part of growing up (for some and its not uncommon at all), in a girl's school. Think about it this way: she truthfully reveal this to you like a girlfriend when in fact, she can keep this from you her whole life.
Don't you think that her trust in you is quite strong? So are you going to respect her past and use acceptance and love her the way she is? Or are you going to stir up her past and probably create a scene and send your relationship straight flying into declining stage?

i dint post this to embarrass her or anything, juz got a shock when i heard it coz i never knew she was a lesbian before...dosent even look like one.
