It would be nore disturbing if that person was buying used underwear of his/her own sex. But if he/she was buying the opp sex's used underwear... maybe he/she can still be converted and kick this habit.

Yo, there is reasons behind those acts. Find it out if u care for him, leave him if u don't. If everyone look down on him due to this act, the habit will never change. Remember true love can change a person, learn to give a chance.

How did you know he purchased it? Probably accidental mail catalogues that keep sending crap to everyone.
