In my opinion, YES... It can be... But rather than saying that it can be cultivated, I would rather say it can be explored and discovered.... i think it is more like attraction at first sight and love after cultivation of the attraction with the right nutrients... wrong method of cultivation the attraction dissipates... just like parents teaching a child, wrong method, u get a problematic one and bad relationship with the child...

Currently LOVE is something which no one really knows wat is it. Sciencetist are working very hard to find out wat it really is now, but nth is found out yet.
