improving self confidence

  i think i got pretty low self confidence... any ideas how to build up on it?

  telling urself that u can do it something like that la.. what most matter is what u tik of urself.. don bother how pple tik and u can easily build up ur self confidence.

  join some group activities......still schooling? get involved in uniformed groups or societies which allows u to participate as an individual and oso as a co-operative worker....u learn alotta things and along the way......pick up ur self-confidence........

  i believe many people don't have self confidence.. i am one of them.
  Just tell yourself , in this life.. without confidence.. you can't achieve
