how to tell if he really loves me?

my bf keeps telling me that he loves me and is willing to take care of me. how do i tell whether it is the truth and that he really means what he says? any signs to pick up and interprete?

It's thru the lil things that he does. Think about it, do you recall anything he has done to make your life easier or lil things he had done to get a smile from you.
It's the lil things that show that he really loves you. A guy who just say it for fun would not bother to go into such details -

Give him more time to show. Dun always expect so much, because in the end the one that suffer will be yourself. Anyway, he already says he love you and willing to take care of you, why do you have doubt in him?

Well, a guy is definitely structured different from a girl.. A guy gets attracted to someone at first sight, and falls in love easily, sometimes says things he doesn't mean to get his motive..
whereas when a girl likes someone, she falls in love over time, and only say things when she means it, uses much of her emotions in almost everything..
So if a guy keeps telling you that he loves you. Well, believe him then but don't take it too seriously, afterall his 'love' and your 'love' has different definitions.. But if he says he's willing to take care of you and shows no actions, then there's something to be doubted. -
did he do something wrong so he kept mentioning he loves u?
