  Yes, though chances are relatively smaller as compared to normal cum. Younger men usually have more active sperms and higher sperm count both in their cum & pre-cum.

  What they say is true. Pre-cum may contain sperm and all it takes is just one sperm to make one pregnant!
  
  However, you have to consider the odds of getting pregnant

  2) Girls only have a few days (approx 3 - 5 days) each month where the ovulated egg meeting the sperm would result in a pregancy. If you stay outta that period, should be no problem (of coz there are exceptions.. coz this period changes with girl's hormone levels, stress and lotsa other factors)

  That's consider quite VERY SAFE... Like what bjork has mentioned, please 'study' BEFORE your 'exams'.... No point going through the books for answers only AFTER the 'exams' is over?
