Building mass means increasing the intake of food mass and fats on your body.
Instead of Three meals a day - Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.
You can actually startup a Five meals a day program.
When All five meals will be light portioned spread out from Breakfast to Dinner.
That means you can add in a Brunch and Tea Break and that makes up to five meals.
Eat plenty of Red and White LEAN meat.
No high sugar snacks will help.
Drink plenty of water.
I have friends who bought Meal Replacement Bars (GNC stores sells but it's not cheap) for at least once a day intake. Don't worry it's not those body building powder or what.
Some others drink 1L of Fresh Milk everyday....so it's really up to you.
You can also visit some fitness websites to prepare yourself for a program.
I personally introduce you this magazine named Men's Health.
It's very infomative and lots of tips in there.
Try it. and All the best.
