  effects? just look around.. mostly missed periods and stuff like that... go to a chemist and look at the instructions of pregnancy test kits... and they are pretty accurate..

  how long? the moment a couple has intercourse and the lil' tadpole fertilizes the ovum in the female body, the female becomes pregnant liao mah! doesn't take more than an hour for that process to take place.

  I think abt 2-3 months when u know u strike lottery . If she missed period for a mth then can buy test kit to check lor.

  ya hor. but in tv when the women go to see doctor they always say you are 2 or 3 mths pregnant. Think normally people will wait for 1 to 2 missed period b4 they go to the doctor and check lor. So it's only then when you can confirm that you are pregnant.

  The moment the girl misses her period, she can use the pregnancy kit to test already.

  hard to tell. let say u test today and get positive .than count back to yr last period lol and u will know how many month or how many week liow.
