you know for 6 yrs...suddenly one fine day come n tell you she/he had realised your gd pts too late & all along you have been supporting & encouraging her/him n nw she/he wana woo you.....hw do you react???wat u do//??

6 years of frenship.......u shd know tt person bery well liao.....and shd oso know if a rship will work for the both of u.....
some ppl say.....rship tt started from frenship is stronger bcos both know each other bery well liao.....seen all the good and bad sides.....so when together, at least know wat to expect...... -

depends on what are my feelings for him.. if i find that we can only be very good friends and nothing more than that, i will tell him straight in the face....if the 6 yrs or friendship is strong, this situation will not put the friendship into sour.. and that guy will respect yr decision and continue to be v.good friend with you....
if u are not sure of the feelings, no harm giving it a try...BUT u have to FOREWARn him first.. so that hedont take things so seriously..and u end up hurting him......
on the other hand, if i have feelings for him... (which is quite impossible, coz if so, it would have started long ago) then of coz i be more than happy and will decide if he's the one -
eh.. knowing a person too well from the past makes a good fren but not a good partner cos if there are sparks, it would have happen long ago..
So i guess its kinda impossible, if all long i only treat him as a buddy nothing more.. -
There's always a risk in whatever relationship it is... and in this case, perhaps the risk is will you ever be friends again with him/her if the relationship don't work out...
but that doesn't mean it should stop you from trying...

IMO... if there were to be any spark, we would've gotten together much earlier. 6 years later, there's little chance of getting excited over him.

Its time to preview if he/she is your partner-kind of material. 6 years is far too long for a friendship to evolve into a relationship especially because it would have happen long time ago if any sparks were to appear.
However if during these 6 years, the two of them kept minimal contact, then it's not too complicating.
If not, if in the first place you do not have any feelings for him/her apart from a good friend, I advise you to drop the idea of entering into a relationship. Feeling comfortable and able to hang out doesn't mean he/she is suitable as a mate - furthermore, you have seen all sides of him/her, the lack of exploring one another personality will place this possible relationship at disadvantage.
But if you have feelings for him/her as well, then its a different story. I suggest go with the flow and avoid consciously having to recall that 'he/she likes you.' It the timing is right and you feel right - things will happen and everything will be in order.

Only treat as friends and no feelings for guy... how to tell? Actually generally speaking, the man enters into the 'Cave Man' mode after being rejected because the ego is bruised. But after a reasonable time frame and if he still avoids and ignore, etc - then he is playing childish mental games. Nothing can save any relationship when there is only one sided effort.
