Losing weight isnt easy at all...i think both exercising and controlling your diet is the only way to lose weight.
Control diet: no oily food, no fast food, no fats and skin, more fruits,less meat, eat lesser of high carbo food, can drink milk as it helps to fill up stomach...got proteins and calcium too.
And most imptly cannot starve yourelf and dont eat bcos your body would lack the proteins and minerals it needs to function. But eat in moderation loh.
Exercise at least 3 times a week, each session ard 45mins, excluding the warm-up. Swimming might be good...bcos its involves using most of the body parts' muscles. Have to exercise to increase your metabolism mah.
Perhaps dieting works for some ppl and they indeed lose some weight but what if they start eating like what they used to? They'll probably gain back all the weight lost and sometimes even more. So its back to square one again.
And losing weight needs tons of patience. You cant start your exercise and dieting today and expect to see the results the next week. It takes time. If you really stick to your exercise and diet plan...maybe can lose up to abt 2kg a month.
