  what is that driving factor that makes u propose, or drop hints on marriage? when and how u know that this person is the one?

  U've gotta live together under one roof to actually know if she/he is the one, coz tt's when all the true colours are exposed.

  when things r stable liao(relationship, career,...) then ask urself if u can live with this person forever... if yes, then time to pop the question...

  1 yr not enough lah....let me share my headache wid u...lol
  
  if u really lik tat gal, better marry fast within 4 or 5 yrs...cos wait the freshness die liao den u be lik me...lol
  
  but also living together wil hv lots of problem...wid parents, housechores....etc...my tat 1 cohibi wid me count yrs....starting still ok. later part, when we know each other inside out,feeling starts to disappears & nightmare come...get wat i mean..but u must hv $$ to marry lor..or go ROM 1st..$26,any thing happen later still got bond to tahan ..if she die die wan leave..den bo bian, u NO need to gv monthly allowance if she wan to divorce, unless she clever ,purposely do things to make u angry to say divorce...got to be tolorant,,,singapore law protect ladies....wat i feel lah...unless u think u can live wid her 4ever den u marry lor...

  when i can't find any driving factor that prevents me from proposing, then why not let her be the one? actually someone else could have been the one, just that she happens to come first.

  Hmm... stability. Money can be earned when together.. when married or single. It is not monetary stability. It is whether the both of you want the same thing and have the same goals in life.
