If there is another of such a case and you think you can't really wait... Just call ANYBODY whom you think you can talk to... Don't START to think of who to call then... When you think that you MAY have such a tendency, it's TIME for you to set up a BACKUP phone list of people whom you can call to talk to and calm you down... KEEP IT IN HANDY. You'll never know when you might really need them? -

The Moderator has started a good thread here. Can we compile the latest numbers and put it on this site where it is permanent and remain at the top of the list of threads so that people dont have to go searching.
I think if you can do that, that will be the very best so that anyone who needs help can find it immediately without having to wait for someone on this forum to reply.

If you feel that you really can't wait.. Quickly dial up another number... Can be a friend or anybody else on your phone list... Get a few 'standby numbers'... And if you really run out of patience on the number dialling... Just approach any sensible stranger on the streets for help or a talk... -
